With Nextcom CRM’s new file synchronization, collaboration is easier and more efficient than ever. Upload files directly from your phone or PC into the CRM, so you and your colleagues always have access to the latest information – with just one click.
As soon as a file is uploaded, it becomes instantly available to your team in both SharePoint and Nextcom CRM.
You’ll receive notifications in the CRM when files are uploaded, enabling you to follow up quickly and keep processes moving without delays.

Secure external file sharing
Nextcom offers two secure options for sharing files externally:
1. Nedlasting via kryptert ZIP-fil
1. Download via encrypted ZIP file
Files selected in Nextcom are automatically bundled into a strongly encrypted ZIP file and made available through a secure download link.
All you need to do is select the files, choose “download,” and set a password. Files are encrypted using AES-256 – one of the most trusted security algorithms available. The encrypted file can only be opened with the correct password, giving you full control over access.

2. Full sharing portal with two-step verification
Our most advanced sharing solution. The recipient gains access through a secure portal and must complete two-step verification before opening any files.
The customer receives an email with a link to the portal, then enters a PIN sent separately via SMS.
This solution provides full control and access logging – ideal for sharing sensitive documents where top-level security is required.
Edit directly in SharePoint
Documents such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint can be opened and edited directly in the browser via SharePoint – no need to download, edit, and re-upload.
Faster experience with OneDrive storage
System and server performance are significantly improved for customers with large file archives. Nextcom is not primarily a file storage service, so by using OneDrive as your dedicated storage solution, you’ll enjoy a faster and more efficient experience.
