For companies using Tripletex as their accounting and finance system, Nextcom has developed a full integration for managing products, orders, invoicing and more. Customers can easily connect the systems by entering a username and password, and achieve full synchronization between the two platforms.
This ensures that all information is updated in one place. Nextcom ensures maximum efficiency in sales, customer care and order flow, while Tripletex handles finance, invoicing and logistics in the best possible way.

About the integration
Nextcom has fully integrated Google email and Google calendar, so email and calendar events are automatically linked to the customer cards and sales cases you work with. Regardless of whether entries or emails are created in Google or Nextcom, everything is synchronized in real time and is always up to date in both places – without you having to do anything.

About the integration
In connection with the new Money Laundering Act, which came into force in 2020 and was imposed from 01.01.2021, Nextcom has developed a standard solution for customers who invoice or handle payments via Nextcom. The solution makes it easy to approve payments directly in DNB’s online bank with a few keystrokes, and ensures that laws and regulations are followed. It is also adapted to all banks and countries that comply with ISO-20022, and Nextcom will later facilitate payments abroad through the same solution.

Many of Nextcom’s customers want to visualize results and activities in a more engaging way than traditional statistics, Excel sheets and columns. SalesScreen is the market leader in gamification for visualizing results and activities. Nextcom has optimized its API to SalesScreen, enabling customers to motivate, coach and increase the value of teamwork in a more inspiring and effective way.

About the integration
At Nextcom, we offer a complete dialer solution for both incoming and outgoing calls directly on customer cards. To ensure the best possible call quality, we have chosen Telenor as our main telephony provider. Our solution is fully integrated directly with Telenor’s core network, eliminating errors or delays from intermediaries and providing a stable and reliable call experience.

About the integration
Nextcom has developed an integration with Telia’s subscription and billing system, which enables automatic two-way data transfer via both API and e-mail. This streamlines the sales process significantly. The solution provides both Telia and their partners with a seamless update, which includes verification of files, contract attachments and post-processing of order statuses in both systems, ensuring a streamlined workflow.

Nextcom’s integration with Salesforce is designed to optimize the entire sales process. The order process carried out in Nextcom is automatically transferred to Salesforce with two-way updates. Nextcom offers automatic transfer of invoice journals for accounting in Visma, but this is only available to customers who use the financial system in Nextcom. The solution is currently customized for Visma Global and Visma Business, and ensures a seamless and efficient process for transferring invoice journals between the systems.

The collaboration with Logiq is primarily focused on the integration of EHF invoices for customers who use the invoice module in the Nextcom system. This integration ensures efficient and automatic handling of invoices, making the invoice flow easier and more streamlined for users.

Nextcom has integrated API solutions with Experian for credit checks and credit ratings of both individuals and companies. The integration provides automatic access to real-time credit ratings and reports, and makes it possible to automate risk assessment in sales processes and customer follow-up.

Nextcom has a fully integrated solution with Nettbureau, which owns and manages several lead generation portals, such as Strøm.no, Eiendomsmegler.no, Boligalarmer.no and Kredittkort.com. New leads from these portals are automatically sent to the right account manager or salesperson in Nextcom, ensuring a fast and efficient follow-up of potential customers.

For Nextcom customers who use the Enterprise module and financial system directly on the customer cards, it is integrated with OCR and the customer’s bank for full control of invoice flow, balance, ledger and more – all directly in Nextcom.

For the electricity industry, it is crucial to have access to the electricity meter number or metering point ID when changing or moving electricity contracts. Nextcom has automated this search as part of the sales and customer process directly on the customer card. The information is retrieved from BRS-611 at Elhub, where Nextcom has the Query role for most of the electricity companies registered in Elhub, and provides all the necessary basic information back to the system.

As a pure lead provider, all services from Tjenestetorget are integrated with Nextcom, so leads and prospects from the website are automatically transferred to Nextcom as prepared customer cards in a tenth of a second. It’s the fastest and easiest way to get leads into a system.
