We have integrated Nextcom sales CRM with our existing CRM and it works very well. The system gives me full control. Every night I get an SMS from Nextcom that gives me a report on the sale that day.
The working day of the salespeople has become more efficient. They always have control over which customers to follow up and where in the sales process the customer is. This means that we can adapt our communication to the customer, which provides a better customer experience.
Nextcom’s system is easy to get acquainted with, it has good opportunities for integration with other systems and simply makes everyday life easier administratively.
